We are looking for a General Customer Shared Services Specialist to join the International Customer Service department. Integrated within the Global Supply Chain, International Customer Service is a key part of the supply chain focused on customer fulfilment of our own manufactured product and third‐party products distributed by Grifols. Coordinate the compliance and legal aspects of the international distribution to ensure that the supply of products through international distributors is according to internal policies and external regulations.
Process, supporting the Corporate Compliance teams, the due‐diligence requests for international distributors in a timely manner to the North American Compliance Department prior to the signature of any legal contract. Collaborate with Legal, Commercial, Quality and other involved departments on the preparation, revision,
approval and signature process of commercial agreements and other legal documentation according to corporate guidelines and external regulations. Keep up to date the third‐party customers' annual compliance certificates in cooperation with Commercial teams.
Maintain and process the cancellation, renewal or any applicable amendment of legal contracts according to stakeholder instructions. Process master‐data requests of new customers and/or update data for existing ones. Process the requests to create or modify the data of any international customer in SAP as per company procedures.
Enter approved third‐party customer prices provided by the Commercial Division into SAP. Provide an excellent service level to our customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain complete, accurate and up‐to‐date data records.
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Finance or related field), preferably. Advanced level of English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge or experience in SAP is a plus.
