Position Summary The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of data center, structured cabling, and AV/physical security installation projects (CCTV, Access Points, and Time Clock systems) across multiple sites. Project scope and requirements can vary by customer, so the PM must be able to adapt delivery plans, technician requirements, and timelines accordingly. This role is accountable for on-time, in-scope, high-quality project delivery, and acts as the primary point of coordination between internal teams, field technicians, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Ownership

- Manage end-to-end execution of projects spanning Data Center builds, structured cabling, and AV installations (CCTV, Access Points, Time Clocks)
- Own project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through closeout

Site Surveys & Progress Monitoring

- Manage and oversee on-site surveys to validate scope, feasibility, and site readiness
- Monitor project progress against plan, ensuring accuracy of deployment and adherence to schedule
- Identify and resolve deviations, delays, or scope issues proactively

Resource & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams to source and allocate qualified technicians for each project
- Manage technician assignments, schedules,



and performance across concurrent site engagements
- Serve as the coordination point between internal delivery teams and customers

Quality & Customer Satisfaction

- Ensure installation and service quality meets defined standards across all workstreams
- Own customer satisfaction outcomes, addressing escalations and ensuring a positive delivery experience
- Conduct quality checks/audits at key project stages

Pre-Sales & Capability Support

- Support RFP/RFQ responses by defining technician capability and staffing requirements
- Advise on technical and resourcing feasibility during the bidding/proposal stage

Requirements

- 5 to 6 years of project management experience within a general Managed IT Services or IT infrastructure environment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technical/field installation projects (DC, structured cabling, or AV/security systems preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams, field technicians, and customers
- Experience with on-site survey management and progress tracking/reporting
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and technical resourcing/staffing plans
- Strong organizational and multi-site project coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to sites as needed
