HR Business Partner - Iberia Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) Human Resources Reporting to: HR Director Iberia Drive Business Success. As HR Business Partner, you'll work alongside business leaders and managers to translate business priorities into effective people solutions.
You'll play a key role in helping managers build engaged teams, develop talent and create outstanding employee experience while supporting the continued growth of our Iberian business.
What You'll Do Partner with the Business Build trusted relationships with managers and business leaders across Iberia. Provide practical HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. Understand business priorities and translate them into people's initiatives that support performance and growth.
Support organisational design and workforce planning initiatives. Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning discussions. Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire and onboard great talent.
Partner with our Labour Relations Lead on employee relations and performance management matters. Support annual HR processes including performance reviews,
salary reviews and talent discussions. Help create a positive, inclusive and high‐performing culture where people feel engaged and supported.
Data & Continuous Improvement Use people's insights and HR data to identify trends and recommend practical improvements. Participate in local and regional HR projects. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy understanding the business.
A minimum of five years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role. Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development and core HR processes.
Experience supporting managers in a dynamic business environment. Knowledge of the Spanish labour market; Professional fluency in English.
Advanced
Excel skills and experience with Workday are highly valued. Previous experience working in Human Resources teams with a Center of Excellence (CoE) model would be appreciated.
