We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and hands-on Training Consultant (m/f/d) to design, manage, and deliver the training strategy for supporting our major transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation, and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Field Service Management) in our newly established General IT Service Center in Madrid. We offer you the opportunity to contribute your expertise to a challenging and complex SAP project. Coordinate and execute training deployment activities in line with the program training strategy, in close collaboration with the Training Lead and cross-functional teams.
Monitor training activities and provide ongoing support, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and program objectives.
Define and manage training plans, including training infrastructure setup, session scheduling, and tracking of completion through KPIs (attendance, evaluations, and assessments using tools such as SuccessFactors).




Oversee the creation and quality of training materials and digital adoption content, ensuring alignment with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and consistency across formats (including in-app guidance using WalkMe, documentation, and e-learning).
Drive the adoption of digital enablement solutions (e.g., WalkMe) to provide in-application guidance, improve user experience, and increase adoption of new systems and processes.
Ensure the availability and proper functioning of training and digital adoption tools (e.g., Collaborate closely with functional streams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure training content reflects business processes and system functionalities.
Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation and reporting using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
