The successful candidate will support the Account Management team in building strong relationships with our business partners and providing an excellent level of service.
Support the day-to-day management of client accounts.




Help monitor account performance and prepare basic reports.
Follow up on projects, game launches, and pending actions.
Confidence working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
Fluency in English is essential.
Proficiency in Italian will be highly valued.
Previous experience in account management, customer service, or the iGaming industry is welcome but not essential.
Hybrid working model: 50% office-based at our Valencia office and 50% remote work.
