Vancast is seeking a Software Engineer in Barcelona to join a small, autonomous team building a private streaming platform. You will ship features end to end across frontend and backend in a single monorepo, review peers, design interfaces, and own what you commit.
The role emphasizes self-direction and hands-on ownership in a fast-moving environment. We offer a remote-first setup with one or two days in person, standard 9–6 hours, and a full-time contrato fijo.
