Marine Mechanic / Engineer – Private Motor Yacht

Location: Puerto Banús, Marbella, Spain

Vessel: 21 m private motor yacht

Employment: Full-time

Start: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Marine Mechanic / Engineer to take care of the technical maintenance and day-to-day upkeep of a 21-meter private motor yacht based in Puerto Banús, Spain.

Responsibilities

- Carrying out regular maintenance and technical checks of the yacht
- Identifying and resolving mechanical and technical issues
- Monitoring the overall technical condition of the vessel
- Arranging and coordinating external services, repairs and maintenance when required
- Searching for and sourcing spare parts, equipment and other items necessary for the yacht
- Communicating with local technicians, service providers and suppliers
- Ensuring the yacht is always maintained in excellent operational condition

Requirements

- Previous experience as a marine mechanic,



yacht engineer or in a similar position
- Strong practical and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good command of English is required
- Russian language is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Ideally based in or around Puerto Banús / Marbella
- Ability to commute to the port on a daily basis
- Available to start from 15th of September
