About the role
Skello is entering the Italian market, and we're building the team from the ground up. As
Team Leader BDR , you will work hand in hand with the
Country Manager Italy
to launch and scale our outbound engine in Italy.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from scratch: you won't inherit a playbook, you'll help write it. You'll take ownership of the outbound strategy, hire and coach the first BDRs on the ground, and lay the foundations of a high-perform
