The goal is to accelerate sales, raise the technical level of partners, and position the organization as the #1 AWS leader in the EMEA region.
A. Pre-sales support during sales activities

Participate in sales calls when technical support is required.
Proactively identify opportunities through conversations with manufacturers, partners, or end customers.
Act as a Solutions Architect for AWS account managers, in exchange for them recommending/delegating consumption to us
Define and commission the development of solutions (internally, services team, partners, etc.) to expand SBAI’s portfolio.
Develop "white-label" solutions to train SBAI partners so they can launch targeted campaigns.
Analyze opportunities (AWS Source, Partner Source, Ingram Source) and perform technical qualification.




Calculate project costs and prepare technical and financial proposals.
Identify delivery services associated with the opportunity -> escalate to the services team and request funding
Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery, guaranteeing the transfer of context, documentation, and expectations to the technical team.
Lead technical discussions with the partner and end customer, adding value "beyond the need."
B. Partner Relations

Serve as the primary technical contact for AWS partners.
Act as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the internal usage of those partners—or partners who are end customers, with the highest usage or greatest growth potential -> serve as a trusted "post-sales" technical resource, driving usage growth while acting as a strategic advisor to the partner, aligning their needs with Ingram
