Your key responsibilities

Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders.
Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.
Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
Manage daily escalations & issues.




Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities.

You bring

Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
Minimum of 2 years’ job-related experience.
You have an advanced level of English. French is nice to have.
Absolute customer focus, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
