Human Resources Technician (Temporary) We are looking for a Human Resources Technician with a strong generalist profile to support talent acquisition, organizational management, and HR administration processes in a dynamic and international environment.

Main Responsibilities As a Human Resources Technician, your responsibilities will include:
* Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, candidate interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
* Organizational Management: Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, organizational structures, and job descriptions.
* International People Management: Support the management of employees across international locations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data within HR systems.
* HR Administration: Manage employee documentation, maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and provide support for administrative HR processes.
* Generalist HR Support:



Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to organizational development, talent management, internal communication, and employee experience.

Assessment Criteria:
* Bachelors degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or generalist Human Resources roles.
* Previous experience in international environments will be considered an asset.
* Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).
