Challenge We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our team.

The idóneo candidate will possess a strong background in Telecommunications Engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of Ground Segment Software development from a system perspective.

This role requires exceptional analytical skills and extensive experience in managing complex projects.

Responsibilities Assist the Technical Director in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.

Lead and manage the development of Ground Segment Software, ensuring integration and functionality of various system components.

Lead proposals related to the SATCOM domain.

Analyze project requirements, develop detailed plans,



and ensure successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in technical processes.

Conduct regular technical reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Stay updated with latest technological advancements and industry trends, implementing relevant updates to enhance system performance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.

Minimum 10 years experience in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective.

Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical challenges effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
