- Drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of BD’s solutions
- Own revenue and unit targets for Liverty across Europe
- Develop and implement country-specific market strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Development and Regulatory teams
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Lead physician engagement programs, workshops and Centers of Excellence
- Design and implement marketing campaigns, advisory boards and congress activities
- Provide tools, content and strategic direction to local teams
- Ensure launch readiness and regional-to-local execution
- Analyze market data, trends and competitive intelligence
- Evaluate and refine marketing programs to maximize impact and ROI

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product or marketing management within the healthcare or MedTech industry
- Demonstrated success in multi-country product launches and portfolio management
- Familiarity with European healthcare systems and decision-making processes
- Experience in both upstream and downstream marketing




- Experience ideally within medical devices or healthcare technology
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region
