Thanks to our exponential growth across the DACH region, we're opening a Junior Account Executive role for ambitious sales professionals ready to take the next step. As a Junior Account Executive (DACH), you will take ownership of qualified opportunities and manage the sales cycle from demo to close. You'll step into a true closing role while receiving the coaching, structure, and support needed to grow into a high-performing Account Executive.

Manage the sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing. Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively. Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams, including SDR's, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership teams.

At Factorial, we don't cap commissions — your growth and earnings scale with your performance. 1.5–3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally as an SDR/BDR or Junior AE)
