The Technical

Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all technical evaluations related to the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of aircraft, engines, and material packages considered for purchase or lease. This role provides technical leadership across asset transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company standards while supporting commercial decision-making.

The Technical

Manager leads aircraft and engine transition activities by directing and performing detailed technical audits and evaluations of assets and associated records prior to technical acceptance. In addition to hands-on technical oversight, the Technical Manager drives process improvements, mentors technical staff, interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures the continued airworthiness and technical integrity of the company's asset portfolio. Performs other duties as assigned by management.





Lead and oversee detailed audits of commercial aircraft and engine records to ensure assets meet regulatory, contractual, and company requirements. Review and approve BSI reports, records, and videos for technical accuracy and completeness. Partner with Airlines, MROs, Lessors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical discrepancies and records gaps.

Oversee organization, maintenance, and integrity of digital and physical technical records across projects. Support commercial, leasing, and trading teams by providing clear, actionable technical assessments and risk evaluations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, leasing, and aftermarket requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical records management systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Ability to work effectively with customers, partners, internal teams, and senior management. Willingness and ability to travel to customer and project locations, including extended travel when required.
