Logistic Senior Sourcing Specialist - European Sourcing Poland (Goleniow, Kutno, Gdansk) Our Company's Sourcing Division aims to find and establish suppliers that meet organisation needs, quality, service and commercial requirements, at the lowest overall cost. In the context of the Sourcing organisation enhancement and development, we are looking for a new purchasing manager to support our development.

Primary responsibilities will be around logistic categories (inc. transportation, warehousing, forklifts,...) The selected candidate may also be have to support some initiatives in other indirect categories (MRO, Packaging, services,...) as well as lead European projects/commodities as needed and depending on profile. Identify & lead sourcing projects including activities from RFP, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management to claim management, ... Drive cost opportunities, synergies, challenge the status quo (where appropriate)



in partnership with the sourcing team and internal stakeholders to bring value and productivity for the business.

Monitor and review suppliers' performances with operations with reference to the agreed standard and service levels. objectives with efficient, cost effective solutions at the required service & quality levels Conduct & communicate budgeting exercise, reporting, data management including pricing control Ensure continuous improvement through better control, reporting in partnership with capability/back office team University degree in Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering related field Reasonable level of technical knowledge and good project management skills, Data driven with strong analytical skills and use of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI, etc.) ERP knowledge (Oracle, JDE, SAP...) Fluent In English & Polish; Other languages (German, French,...)
