VACANCY: Maintenance Employee – ViVi Homes

Are you practical, solution-oriented and someone who sees what needs to be done?

ViVi Homes is looking for a Maintenance Employee to help ensure our holiday homes are well maintained, safe and always in excellent condition.

You’ll be travelling between different properties and handling both routine maintenance and unexpected issues as they arise.

What will you do?
- Carry out repairs and general maintenance in our properties
- Check plumbing, electrical systems, appliances and air conditioning
- Identify and solve technical issues
- Perform preventive checks and maintenance
- Register and follow up tasks in our system, including photos
- Work closely with the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Hospitality teams




- Make sure all work is completed safely and to our quality standards

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable and takes responsibility.

You are:
- Hands-on and technically minded
- Independent and solution-oriented
- Reliable and detail-focused
- Adaptable and a good team player
- In possession of a valid driving licence
- Preferably experienced in maintenance, technical work or a similar role
