In this senior leadership role, you shape culture, AI-enabled transformation, and product development strategy across Lubrizol. You will lead cross-functional teams and external partnerships to deliver measurable business value through AI, data science, and modern platforms. You’ll drive enterprise-wide AI capability, governance, and scalable solutions across operations and supply chain. Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience leading AI, data science, analytics, or digital transformation in technical or industrial settings
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and leading large-scale business transformation
• Experience scaling AI/ML solutions from concept to production
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
