The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This Full-Time position supports a growing team in scaling hiring efforts efficiently.

Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communications and maintain organized records in applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.




• Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for roles in software development or IT services.
