Approve and manage Firewall Change Requests (FCA), ensuring compliance with company standards Oversee operation, configuration, and optimization of the Firewall management tool Train and manage external team members undertaking FCA while maintaining service quality within agreed SLA parameters Participate in projects involving Firewall, IPS/IDS, and Remote Access services Maintain expertise in NGFW technologies and IPS/IDS from leading vendors Participate in network design and planning with stakeholders Document procedures and services for communication and compliance Support business teams with security guardrails and configuration policies based on ABB Network Security standards

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Excellent knowledge of Networks and NGFW technologies Proficiency in managing Firewall and VPN technologies Proficient knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access platforms Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written Ability to manage client requests, navigate complex situations, and maintain composure during challenging client interactions Networking knowledge at a CCNP level Exposure to firewall, IPS, VPN, SWG (proxy), WAF, Network Security Policy Management tools and DDoS protection Experience working with integral OEMs such as Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, AKAMAI, Zscaler, NetSkope, Algosec, etc. 10+ years of Information/Network Security experience,



including 3–4 years in Firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco or Palo Alto) and Network Security policy management Working knowledge of Cisco SNA and Algosec is advantageous
