A high-growth AI infrastructure business is looking for a Head of Legal to lead its European legal function, based in Madrid.This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and responsibility across M&A;, corporate, commercial and strategic matters.Key responsibilities:Lead and build out the European legal functionOwn M&A;, acquisitions, investments and corporate transactionsLead complex commercial contracting, including MSAs, customer and vendor agreementsAdvise on corporate governance, structuring and international expansionSupport financing and capital markets activityPartner directly with senior commercial,
