Role Description Abenójar Tungsten is seeking for Mining Specialists for a full-time, on-site positins based in Abenojar, Ciudad Real.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in mining operations, including planning, extraction methods, and production monitoring.
- Experience interpreting geological, geotechnical, and operational data to support decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of mining safety standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, maintenance, safety, and operations).
- Proficiency with mining-related software tools and basic data analysis applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a dynamic on-site environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in the working language of the site; additional language skills are an asset.
- Prior experience in hard rock or tungsten mining is highly desirable.
