Your mission
You'll be responsible for managing and continuously improving Smileat's e-commerce stores, with Shopify at the center of your day-to-day work. You'll combine technical execution, UX thinking and data analysis to make our stores better, automate processes and help deliver new e-commerce projects from idea to launch.
You'll work closely with different teams to turn business needs into practical, scalable e-commerce solutions.
What we're looking for




1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally working with Shopify
Hands-on experience managing Shopify from the backend and a good understanding of how an e-commerce store works
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ideally some experience with Shopify Liquid
Interest or experience in automation, ideally using Shopify Flow
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
Interest in UX, CRO and improving the online customer journey
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
A proactive, hands-on and problem-solving mindset
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to have: experience with CRM/email marketing platforms, GA4, Shopify Markets, JavaScript or APIs/integrations
