- Principal Consultants will work on project teams to deliver Leadership & Professional Development solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
- You will already have worked in the Leadership and Professional Development space and developed an understanding of one or more of the following – instructional design, program facilitation and/or coaching. (For coaches, ICF credential preferred.)
- Experience conducting a needs analysis and then assisting with the design of talent management, assessment and LD solutions to achieve the desired organizational objectives/needs.
