As a Microsoft Office Apps Customer Engineer, you will work directly with customers to help them maximize employee productivity and collaboration through Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams and Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provideexpert technical guidance and support for Microsoft 365 Apps , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Office Apps, both remotely and on-site whenrequired.
- Support customers with deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
- Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers on best practices, new features, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Office Apps within customer environments.
- Guide customers in modernizing legacy solutions and adopting cloud-based approaches.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.
