We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master, reporting to the Manager of Engineering Operations, for our Technology Hub in Madrid. As a core member of the Engineering Operations team, the Senior Scrum Master will work hand-in-hand with our Senior Delivery Enablement Lead and Senior Engineering Governance Lead to establish world-class delivery practices. You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day delivery loops and ceremonies across Software Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams. Your goal is to help roll out and implement a standardised, metric-driven Agile framework across our general engineering teams, focusing heavily on daily operational work while supporting the standardisation of our way of working. You will help create a culture where engineers love what they do, work effectively and efficiently, and take immense pride in delivering high-quality products.
