Starts as a 6-month freelance contract with a clear path to an internal, permanent role.What you'll do- Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, AI/ML and Data roles, from sourcing to offer close- Partner directly with the executive board and engineering leadership to shape hiring strategy, including for newer roles (AI/ML, data)
