The company is preparing to launch its first collection of premium oil-based fragrances through a direct-to-consumer e-commerce model, with plans to expand across Europe and into additional lifestyle and wellness categories. As part of this exciting growth journey, we are looking for an Operations & Administration Manager who will become a key member of the founding team and help create the operational infrastructure that will support the company's future success.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business, acting as the link between manufacturing partners, logistics providers, suppliers, external advisors, and the commercial ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond a narrow corporate function and assume a highly visible role with significant influence over the development of a fast-growing consumer brand.

Supply

Chain & Manufacturing Coordinate production planning and purchase orders with manufacturing partners.



Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines. Manage packaging, components and supplier coordination.

Track production volumes and inventory availability. Support supplier relationship management and performance monitoring. Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and stock movements. Manage operational issues, returns and service performance.

E-commerce Operations Maintain product master data and SKU information. Administration & Business Support Manage supplier and commercial documentation. Liaise with external accounting and administration partners.

Prepare reporting and operational information for management. We would love to hear from professionals with experience in: FMCG Beauty & Cosmetics Consumer Products Retail E-commerce Fashion Logistics and Supply Chain environments Adecuado Background Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Operations roles. Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement and fulfilment processes.

Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

Advanced

Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.

Fluent

Spanish and professional English.

Experience with Shopify, ERP, inventory management systems or 3 PL environments is a strong advantage. Be part of the creation of a new consumer brand from day one.
