Over time, we have expanded our foundation by bringing together companies with more than 75 years of combined market experience and trust. Opening our new Madrid office marks an exciting next chapter, and we're growing our team in order to write it. Our strength lies in market data, delivering reliable, accurate information through a powerful suite of tools, spanning Data Intelligence, Wealth Management solutions, and Trading & Investor solutions, that our users depend on every day.
Today, we are one of Europe's leading providers of market data and financial software, helping professionals navigate markets with confidence and speed. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and play a key role in building the reporting and analytical foundations of our Revenue Operations function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will own how Infront measures the health and performance of its revenue engine across pipeline, conversion, velocity, seller productivity, and forecasting accuracy.
You will provide the reporting, analysis, and insights that support decision‐making at every level of the organisation, including the management team and board. This role combines deep analytical expertise with ownership of the reporting layer within Salesforce. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands data—how it should be structured, analysed, and transformed into meaningful insights.
While you will work in Salesforce on a daily basis and own the reporting and data that sit on top of it, prior Salesforce expertise is not essential.
We are more interested in hiring someone with strong analytical capabilities and will support the right candidate in developing Salesforce knowledge and certifications over time. Own pipeline analytics and revenue performance reporting, including pipeline health, stage conversion, deal velocity, coverage ratios, seller productivity, and key commercial KPIs.
Produce consistent and trusted reporting for the management team, ExCo, and Board, identifying trends, anomalies, and the drivers behind performance. Support forecasting through data‐driven analysis, providing empirical forecast baselines and actionable commercial insights. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models across Salesforce and the BI environment, leveraging automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting.
Apply AI and advanced analytical techniques to automate data preparation, accelerate analysis, develop predictive insights, and create repeatable workflows. Conduct deeper analytical investigations, including trend, regression, and cohort analysis, ensuring data is structured for insight generation rather than simple reporting. Partner with the CRM and BI Specialist to maintain data quality, governance, and completeness, ensuring the reliability of reporting and analytics.
Own Salesforce reporting and dashboards, while developing broader system expertise and supporting the evolution of CRM capabilities.
Support
Salesforce administration,
including user management, configuration, upgrades, budgeting, user support, training, and adoption of best practices. A background in data science, data analytics, or a quantitative discipline, with a genuine interest in applying it to commercial problems. Strong analytical and data‐handling skills.
Comfortable with SQL and a modern analysis toolkit (Python or R a strong plus), and confident working with messy, real‐world data. You think in trends and relationships, not one‐off numbers, and are comfortable with techniques such as regression analysis. Demonstrable fluency with AI tools for analysis and automation.
Comfortable with SaaS commercial metrics such as ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rates, conversion, and churn, or able to demonstrate the ability to learn them quickly. Salesforce reporting experience is a strong plus. Able to translate a commercial question into an analytical approach, and an analytical result back into a clear recommendation.
A genuine interest in learning Salesforce. Infront will support the right person through training toward Salesforce certification. Naturally curious and self‐directed, and motivated by solving complex business problems through data.
Benefit from wellbeing initiatives tailored to local needs, including access to an employee assistance programme that provides confidential support to employees and their families.
