Drive the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of global SAP PP processes within KION ITS EMEA, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality manufacturing and supply chain operations across all regions. Act as the key link between business and IT stakeholders to deliver harmonized processes, sustainable solutions, and operational excellence.
Define, implement, and continuously improve global SAP PP processes and system solutions in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and drive improvement initiatives to enhance performance and standardization.




Ensure alignment with integral standards and best practices while supporting regional and local business requirements where appropriate.
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery process, including requirement gathering, specification, testing, deployment, training, and hypercare support.
Act as the primary point of contact for key users and business representatives regarding SAP PP process topics and system-related requirements.
Coordinate and support the global key user network, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process consistency across locations.
Proactively communicate process changes, project updates, decisions, and risks to all relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the integration and harmonization of SAP PP processes with related business functions and systems.
