PMO / Business Analyst (People & Data Initiatives)We are looking for a PMO / Business Analyst to join a strategic transformation initiative within a multinational environment. This role goes beyond traditional PMO activities. We are seeking a proactive professional who can translate data-driven insights into actionable plans, facilitate collaboration across teams, and drive initiatives from analysis to execution.Responsibilities- Analyze business data, trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities and improvement areas.- Translate analytical findings into concrete action plans and initiatives.- Coordinate stakeholders across different functions and teams.- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions to drive progress.- Monitor action plans, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.- Track progress against defined objectives and KPIs.- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.- Support governance activities while maintaining a strong business-oriented approach.- Ensure clear communication and follow-up across all stakeholders.Requirements- 4+ years of experience as PMO,



Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or a similar role.- Experience working in transformation, continuous improvement, or business change initiatives.- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.- Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.- Experience tracking actions, deliverables, KPIs, and progress reporting.- Advanced Excel and experience with reporting or dashboarding tools (Power BI is a plus).- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Fluent English is mandatory.Nice to Have- Experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR-related projects, or data-driven transformation initiatives.- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.- Knowledge of change management methodologies.Conditions- Barcelona Area (Hybrid)- Full-time- Long-term assignment- Engagement via HuxleyIf you enjoy connecting people, data, and execution to drive business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
