Create and maintain customer master data in our systems. Enter and manage sales orders in SAP. Manage customer invoicing through SAP. Provide administrative support to other team members and departments as needed.
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ~ SAP knowledge ~ Fluent in English ~3+ years of experience in Customer Service or general administrative skills ~ Private health insurance covered by the company. English classes at a reduced cost.
