About Narelo

Narelo is Europe's first private members' club built around extraordinary childhood experiences. The membership journey begins in pregnancy and runs all the way to age eight.

Between school runs, screens and busy weeks, childhood passes quietly in the background. We think it deserves the foreground: real days, real places, real people, and the time to take them in. That is what we build - for children, and for the families around them.

Over the next 18 months we will open in eight European cities. Everything that shapes how Narelo looks, sounds and feels in those markets is still being written. You would be writing it.

What this role gives you

This is not a job where you execute someone else's playbook. There isn't one yet. You will define how a new category of brand shows up in the world — and you will see the results within days, not quarters.

You will build a portfolio most marketers never get: work with genuine emotional weight, made in real places with real families, not in a studio. You will learn to run a channel end to end - strategy, production, community,



numbers - and own decisions that usually sit three levels above your title.

And as we scale from one city to eight, the scope grows with you. The person who shapes our voice now is the person who leads how we do it everywhere.

Tasks
- You build and run our social media channels – Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- You develop content ideas and execute them independently: Reels, TikToks, Shorts, photos and Stories
- You join our children's events on site and turn them into authentic content – the experiences, the discoveries, the small triumphs, and the everyday life behind the scenes
- You own video editing, image editing and post-production end to endYou develop storytelling concepts that make our educational idea tangible and emotionally resonant
