Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the delivery of digital and non-digital projects within the General Transformation Management Office, applying agile or traditional methods to hit scope, time, and budget. You will own an operational single source of truth, coordinate resources and vendors, and drive risk, issue, and dependency management with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value. You will coach delivery teams and provide concise, data-driven reporting to support strategic alignment. This is a hands-on role at Lightsource bp, shaping cross‑functional delivery in a fast-growing renewables program.

• Facilitate delivery team performance, remove blockers, and coach PM/BA colleagues
• Provide reliable reporting and drive continuous improvement with weekly status updates and KPI tracking

Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of project management approaches and methods
• Experience in agile and traditional (waterfall/hybrid) delivery methods
• Knowledge or experience in Renewable Energy sector a plus
• 2-4 years hands-on project management delivering digital and non-digital projects
