Experteer Overview As a leader in digital and AI transformation, you will drive the end-to-end strategy for the Product Development Q.Life Platform and scale AI capabilities across Lubrizol’s businesses. - Lead end-to-end digital and AI transformation for the Product Development Q.Life Platform across divisions
- Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team
- Foster innovation, accountability, and high-performance practices
- Own production ML systems including governance, lifecycle management, and business continuity
- Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to scale AI/ML capabilities
- Establish best practices for ML development, deployment, monitoring, and improvement

- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MS) in a relevant field
- 12+ years in digital transformation, AI/ML, or advanced analytics with leadership experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in ML, MLOps, data platforms, and model lifecycle management
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships with IT, business leaders, and external stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into execution and measurable outcomes
