As a Salesforce Developer- VP, you will drive the design and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions within the Global Technology organization. You will partner with business analysts and project managers to translate needs into technical implementations and oversee metadata components across our SDLC. You’ll contribute to a production-ready environment, maintaining code and supporting deployments in a regulated financial context. This role offers impact at scale within a global firm that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and responsible use of technology. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enable client relationships, compliance, and growth.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand high-level requirements and set development expectations
• Design technical solutions for hybrid agile development environments
• Deliver metadata components in Salesforce following the SDLC promotion path
• Perform Senior Developer duties: create, support, and maintain code components; support Production environments and implementations
• Contribute to cross-team development efforts to ensure robust Salesforce implementations




• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a production or live environment
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while ensuring responsible data use

Responsabilidades
• 5-10 years ofSalesforce configuration and development experience at a certified level
• 5-10 years of Salesforce project deliverables in heavily regulated financial sectors (Asset Management/Banking preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AppExchange packages APTTUS and GEOPOINTE, Salesforce Mobile and Einstein Analytics
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM technologies (SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, JAVA, JSON, FLOWS)
• Experience with deployment tools (IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, Force.com IDE, Change Sets, Data Loader)
• Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure ethical data use
