- Identify and advance new captive solutions opportunities through targeted business development
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries and internal Marsh stakeholders
- Support sales activities from lead generation to proposal, presentation and negotiation

- 10+ years of experience in captive insurance, broader insurance, or related financial services
- Strong preference for prior sales or business development experience
- Experience in captive consulting, captive management or captive advisory is beneficial
- Deep understanding of the captive insurance market, client needs and commercial drivers
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers
