This is a builder role first: you will create the systems, SOPs, and processes that our services run on, then use them to keep every project and client relationship on track.What you'll doDesign and document SOPs, workflows, and delivery standards across all our service lines: branding, web, paid media, SEO, and AI marketingOwn project management across the full client portfolio: scoping, timelines, resourcing, and delivery, primarily in AsanaAct as the day-to-day point of contact for clients: status updates, meeting follow-ups, expectation management, and keeping relationships healthy between milestonesCoordinate a distributed team of designers, developers,



and media specialists across time zonesIdentify where we lose time or quality, and fix it: templates, automations, checklists, better handoffsReport directly to the founders on project health, capacity, and client satisfactionWhat we require3+ years in project management, account management, or agency operations, ideally at a digital, creative, or marketing agencyProven experience building processes from scratch, not just following them. You should be able to show us systems you created and what they changedStrong command of Asana or a comparable PM platform, and comfort using AI tools to automate and speed up operational workExcellent client-facing communication: calm, precise, and confident with senior stakeholdersA naturally organised, follow-through character.
