Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and execute Spain’s market access strategy to secure timely patient access for innovative oncology therapies. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to drive evidence generation, HTA submissions, and pricing negotiations, shaping access strategies aligned with European objectives. You will engage with payers, HTA bodies, and health authorities to enable patient access and launch readiness for multiple assets. This is a fast-paced, science-driven opportunity to impact patient care at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for oncology products in Spain
• Lead HTA submissions and pricing dossiers, and negotiate with MoH and regional HTAs
• Translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling value communications for payers
• Engage external stakeholders including regional payers, policy makers, and HTA bodies
• Collaborate with Global and EU Region Market Access teams to align local and European strategies




• Participate in national and regional price negotiations and healthcare policy monitoring
• Contribute to early access planning and launch readiness for oncology assets
• Provide field-based market access support and develop materials aligned with strategic objectives

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics (pharma/biotech/consulting)
• Experience with HTA submissions and at least one recent HTA submission (within last 12 months)
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English
• Ability to move quickly in a changing, ambiguous environment
• Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and reimbursement environments
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities in a fast-growing environment
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
