Workday Financials Consultant (Global Rollout)

Fully Remote | Europe Only

We're supporting a client undergoing a large-scale global Workday Financials transformation and are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to join the programme on a fully remote contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a multi-country Workday Financials rollout, working with international stakeholders across Europe.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience delivering at least one global Workday Financials rollout
- Strong Workday Financials functional and configuration experience
- Hands-on configuration expertise across key Financials modules
- Excellent understanding of finance processes and finance systems
- Experience working within complex international transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Language Requirements:





Candidates must be fluent in English and ideally one of the following OR have done a rollout in one of their countries:

- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Greek

Responsibilities

- Lead and support Workday Financials design and configuration activities
- Gather and validate business requirements across multiple regions
- Configure and optimise Workday Financials modules
- Support testing, UAT, training, and deployment activities
- Work closely with finance, business, and technical stakeholders
- Provide best practice guidance throughout the general rollout

Contract Details

- Fully remote
- Open to candidates based anywhere in Europe
- Initial 6-month contract
