We are looking for a

Finance Director

responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across our operations in Spain and Chile. This role offers the opportunity to act as a key business partner, influencing decision-making, driving financial performance, and supporting the execution of important business initiatives in a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring strong financial governance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, and delivering insights that help shape the future growth and success of the organization.

The Day-to-Day

Lead all finance, accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, regulatory compliance and other related activities for the Spain operations and oversee those activities for our Chilean Entity.

Ensure local statutory compliance, tax filings, regulatory reporting.

Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, government authorities and advisors while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and approval authorities.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management information as per corporate requirements.

Ensure strong financial controls, effective risk management, and adherence to corporate accounting policies and international reporting standards.
