Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Hospitality Tech based in Spain. Working at the forefront of artificial intelligence and hospitality technology, you will help define the future of autonomous systems within a global industry undergoing rapid transformation. The role offers significant ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to shape innovative products that solve real-world challenges for hospitality businesses.

Ideal candidates are curious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by turning emerging technologies into impactful customer experiences. Conduct customer interviews, market research, and behavioral analysis to uncover opportunities within hospitality operations, guest experiences, and revenue growth. Design and test MVPs, prototypes, and product concepts, using data and customer feedback to guide product direction and prioritization.

Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously iterate based on real-world user behavior and business outcomes. Contribute to the development of next-generation hospitality technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement. Deep understanding of customer research methodologies, including interviews, hypothesis testing, MVP development, and iterative learning processes. ~ Strong knowledge of AI technologies, large language models,
