In this role you will advance Swiss Re’s endpoint management to a cloud-first, Intune-led approach for over 17,000 colleagues. You will work within the Digital Workplace team to design and deploy modern endpoint solutions that are secure, automated, and scalable. You will partner across teams to modernize provisioning, security controls, and user experience while sustaining risk-aware practices. • Design, deploy and manage modern endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and cloud-native management tools
• Lead the evolution of endpoint management from traditional on-premise approaches towards a cloud-first, Intune-driven architecture
• Implement and maintain endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust principles
• Automate endpoint provisioning, configuration and compliance using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API
• Manage identity and access across Azure AD / Entra ID, including SSO, MFA and Conditional Access policy management




• Support and optimise Microsoft 365 Apps deployment, lifecycle management and end-user experience
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support for complex endpoint issues, working collaboratively with the team to diagnose, resolve and document solutions effectively
• Collaborate with the agile Endpoints team to develop and integrate new workplace features, products and services
• Champion Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture by actively engaging in continuous risk accountability activities

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune as the primary endpoint management tool
• Proven expertise with Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning
• Solid experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security management
• Strong proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID, including Conditional Access, SSO, MFA
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience, including automation via Microsoft Graph API

Requisitos principales
• base salary EUR 42 000 - 70 000
