Experteer Overview In this role you drive commercial excellence across Continental Europe, shaping pricing, contract governance and risk management for major projects. You’ll work with operations, finance and legal leads to safeguard value and successful delivery across multiple sectors. You’ll lead pricing strategy, oversee contracts and change management, and provide governance across bids and projects. This is a multi-country, cross-functional leadership role that combines commercial rigor with strategic influence. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver sustainable project outcomes and support growth.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for bids aligned with country and sector goals
- Advise regional leadership on risks, opportunities, pricing and market trends to support bids
- Oversee negotiation and implementation of primes, subcontracts, MOUs, and teaming agreements with legal teams
- Manage commercial implications of changes and maintain robust risk management
- Embed governance procedures across bid and delivery phases and interface with corporate functions
- Support financial budgeting and project performance reporting with project leads
- Identify and assess change with project leads and monitor KPIs and cash flow




- Support growth of the commercial function and mentor staff
- Build strategic relationships with clients, sub-consultants and internal stakeholders
- Represent the business in commercial negotiations and at client meetingsResponsabilidades
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Law or related discipline
- Significant experience in contract, commercial, pricing and bid/tender management within relevant sectors
- Experience supporting bid development and commercial governance in a multi-country environment
- Languages: English plus Spanish or Italian; additional European languages advantageous
- Proven leadership or key role with commercial and operational responsibilities
- Strong commercial acumen across procurement routes, contracting models and risk management
- Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
