Job Purpose
The role of a Team Lead is to ensure top-quality hospitality is delivered to our guests while supporting the team throughout daily operations. This position helps create and maintain an inviting atmosphere built on positivity, support, shared knowledge, and effective communication.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct reports. However, this role will assist in supervising the Front of House management team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper daily operations of the bar including but not limited to product control, guest engagement, cleanliness, health and hygiene,



and quality control.
- Build strong rapport with Drive Shack’s guests and promote prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Assist in daily staff formation, as well as training and ongoing development.
- Ensure work is carried out in ways that minimize risks to the health and safety of both employees and guests, and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between guests, bar staff, supervisors, and managers.
- Be responsive to all guest requests and concerns.
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Participate in additional projects assigned to support broader company initiatives.
