Experteer Overview In this role you will shape regional market access for Revolution Medicines' oncology portfolio, engaging payers, hospitals, and health authorities to demonstrate value. You’ll collaborate with regional teams to tailor access strategies, support pricing and reimbursement efforts, and influence policy environments. You will drive regional projects and budget management while communicating progress to cross-functional partners. This is a field-based position that offers impact across the regional and hospital landscape and supports patient access to innovative medicines.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Define and implement Market Access strategies to secure regional and hospital access by demonstrating therapeutic, economic, and societal value.
- Manage institutional relationships with Regional Health Administrations and hospital stakeholders who influence policy and drug positioning.
- Lead regional introduction of Revolution Medicines products and support hospital pharmacies as needed.
- Support regional/service-level and hospital-level negotiations, tenders, and framework agreements.




- Guide the development of pharmacoeconomic data and budget impact models for sub-national stakeholders.
- Build relationships with Regional Health Authorities, medical societies, scientific institutions, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Communicate changes and trends in local health policy and competitor Patient Access activities to the cross-functional team.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Revolution Medicines policies; promote a values-drivenculture.Responsabilidades
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with dialogue with Regional Health Administrations and related organizations
- Deep knowledge of the national health system and regional health policies
- Proven leadership in stakeholder relationships within health organizations and ability to defend clinical value
- Track record of drug launches in regional/hospital markets
- Experience negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement with public authorities at regional/hospital level
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines; willingness to travel 60–70% within SpainRequisitos principales
