Job Description
As Senior Subscription Manager, you will own a portfolio of customer subscriptions and coordinate the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. You will identify commercial drift, build and maintain a Commercial Roadmap by subscription, recommend the appropriate commercial play at the right time, forecast renewal and broader commercial outcomes, and drive quote-to-booking readiness. You will move beyond executing renewals to orchestrating commercial outcomes. Working as a trusted commercial advisor,
you will align the customer lifecycle state, account strategy, terms, conditions, pricing logic, renewal pathways, and policy-aligned options to balance value delivered to customers and value captured by PTC. Ownership is expressed through accountability, insight, influence, and disciplined follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned subscription portfolio and drive the end-to-end renewal lifecycle to deliver customer value, retention, and sustainable commercial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a clear commercial roadmap for assigned accounts, including renewal strategy, customer state, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and next steps.
- Provide commercial guidance to customers and account teams by connecting contract structure, pricing, product configuration, policy requirements, and account strategy.
