European Ipp is seeking a Head of M&A; (Europe) to lead acquisition and divestment across five countries and new markets. The role reports directly to the CEO and demands strategic vision, team leadership, and the drive to develop a multi‑GW renewables portfolio.
You will build a regional M&A; playbook, oversee origination, due diligence, negotiation and closing, and foster relationships with banks, funds, IPPs across Europe. Hybrid work model with strong compensation and progression prospects.
