Experteer Overview In this role you support Glovo’s Commercial team by aligning legal risk with rapid business growth across Spain and HQ. You draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, lead cross-border initiatives, and implement new legal processes to enable scalable operations. You will engage with cross-functional teams to solve complex regulatory and contractual challenges in a dynamic tech environment. This is a high-autonomy role with a strong impact on company-wide initiatives and Tu0026amp; Cs governance.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, suppliers)
- Update and oversee terms u0026 conditions for B2B and B2C models
- Navigate cross-border Madrid-HQ Spain issues and align on regulatory, IP, and platform considerations
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives (e.G., Tu0026Cs overhaul)




- Identify and implement new legal processes and frameworks
- Provide legal support bridging HQ and the Spanish market to enable scalable operationsResponsabilidades
- Degree in Law
- 4–6 years post-qualification experience
- Admitted to the Spanish Bar (valued)
- Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience drafting and negotiating high-volume commercial agreements
- Background in top-tier law firm and in-house in fast-paced tech environment
- Strong commercial and corporate law knowledge
