Experteer Overview In this Principal Software Engineer role, you will join the Platform Engineering Productivity team to raise the quality and efficiency of Elastic's software delivery at scale. You’ll build frameworks, reusable components, and guidelines to own the full software lifecycle for services across the organization. You’ll improve CI, artifact creation, and release practices while enabling teams to ship faster. You will mentor, document, and drive cross-team technical excellence with a focus on impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern release practices
- Cloud infrastructure experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers
- Designing scalable systems and improving developer productivity via tooling/automation
- Ability to navigate multiple projects and evolving team structures
- Hands-on AI fluency, including integrating LLM APIs and prompt engineering
- Proven track record of improving engineering practices and team efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal technical communication
